10+ years of experience in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning engineering.

5+ years of experience within Insurance, Financial Services, or related regulated industries.

Proven experience leading AIML teams and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.

Strong experience designing, deploying, and managing production Machine Learning and Generative AI applications.

Expertise in Python for AI, Machine Learning, and data science development.

Strong SQL skills with extensive experience performing data analysis and exploratory data analysis (EDA).

Solid understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning techniques.
