The Role
• Prepare for a Store Management role through an 18-24 month accelerated training program.
• Collaborate with store management to oversee a significant business, contributing to development and strategy.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of all operations, clients, and internal strategy to understand your impact on team success.
• Drive market share growth by selling high-quality products to commercial clients like contractors and manufacturers.
• Develop foundational leadership skills essential for success in management and professional sales.
• Build community relationships through outreach to support business expansion and personal success.
What You'll Need
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
• Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Bachelor's degree required by the start of the program.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Minimum one year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Minimum one year of leadership experience, supervising others or leading teams.
