Must-Have Skills:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree with an active clinical pharmacist license.
• Proven experience working as a clinical pharmacist within an acute care hospital or health system.
• Strong understanding of hospital pharmacy operations, clinical workflows, medication management, and healthcare regulations.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior leadership experience managing or supporting multi-hospital health system integrations, mergers, or organizational transition initiatives.
• Experience leading large-scale clinical operations, pharmacy optimization, and healthcare transformation projects.
