Data Engineer - Data Vault & Insurance Domain

Join our AI & Data engineering practice to lead key initiatives in modernizing enterprise data platforms. You will design, build, and optimize complex data migration pipelines and Data Vault 2.0 architectures for enterprise insurance systems.

responsibilities:

• Architect and implement Data Vault 2.0 constructs (Hubs, Links, Satellites) across complex data environments.
• Build automated ETL/ELT pipelines leveraging Medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers).
• Create detailed source-to-target mappings, schema definitions, and transformation logic for insurance policy, claims, and financial data.
• Perform data profiling, quality checks, and metadata management (lineage, data dictionaries).

qualifications:

5+ years of dedicated experience in Data Modeling and Data Migration engineering.

Proven expertise designing and building Data Vault 2.0 models.

Solid domain knowledge in Insurance data systems (claims, policy, financial reporting).

Strong technical background in modern data processing architectures (Medallion/Lakehouse).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with Azure Data Lake and Databricks platforms.

Experience defining automated reconciliation checks and data quality rules.

Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
