Senior Engineer - Spring Boot & OpenShift - Onsite

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Engineer - Spring Boot & OpenShift for an onsite position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX or Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

This role is for a senior engineer focused on designing and developing enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture. Responsibilities also include deploying and managing containerized applications on OpenShift/Kubernetes, with a solid knowledge of CI/CD, API gateways, and secure cloud-native patterns in a highly regulated environment.

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience designing and developing enterprise-grade applications, with strong expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing containerized applications on OpenShift/Kubernetes, with solid knowledge of CI/CD, API gateways, and secure cloud-native patterns
• Proven ability in observability (logging, monitoring, tracing), performance tuning, and production support in highly regulated environments

Pay range: $55.06 - $63.06 per hour
