Freelance Senior Engineer

Job Title: Freelance Senior Engineer Location: Sheffield Rate: £500 Inside IR35 on Umbrella Duration: 6 Months Role As a Senior Engineer, you will ensure the quality of the engineering on the site whilst organising and developing the engineering team. This contract is a large public realm site in sheffield city centre.

CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS and 3 Day First Aid<br />Experience as a Senior Engineer completing CAD works, QA, Client Liaison and completing RAMS on Civil Engineering schemes in the UKResponsibilities:

CAD<br />QA<br />RFIs &amp; TQs<br />Supervising works<br />Ensure site records are accurate and kept up to date<br />Production of RAMS and ensured they are followed<br />Delegation of engineering tasks on site<br />Complete and update programmes (look a heads)<br />Setting up and maintaining site control<br />Overseeing the setting out on site and organising facilities<br />Ensuring compliance with works standards<br />Produce Inspection &amp; Test Plans and maintain as built records<br />Completion of site inductions and TBTs when needed<br />Management of the project quality plan and QA records<br />Undertaking Land, Stockpile and Construction Work Surveys<br />Checking and Preparing Site Reports, Designs and Drawings<br />Liaising With Clients, Subcontractors and Other Professional Staff<br />Coordinate site engineering and setting out activities and provide information to subcontractors and site staff Contacts to Apply:<br />Max Blake - Civils Resourcer - (phone number removed) Damian Aston - Regional Manager - (phone number removed)
