Must-Have Skills:

• Experience in chemical, polymers, petrochemical, manufacturing, industrial, or similar operational environments.
• Experience with SAP, inventory management, and transportation modes such as rail, truck, barge, pipeline, or intermodal.
• Strong ability to support high-volume operations, analyze operational data, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Customer-facing logistics, process improvement, or project implementation experience, including presenting operational metrics to leadership.
• Experience with Power Automate, workflow automation, and advanced reporting/analytics tools.
