The Role • Setting up and reconfiguring production machinery and equipment. • Monitoring production processes with a focus on quality assurance. • Performing maintenance tasks and conducting quality checks. • Recording production data and processing order settlements using a system (SAP). • Optimizing production for economic efficiency, including waste reduction and minimizing setup times. What You'll Need • Successfully completed vocational training, preferably in a technical field. • First experience operating and monitoring production machinery is advantageous. • Strong technical understanding. • Team player with reliability and flexibility. • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system. • German language proficiency (B2 level) in speaking and writing.
