We’re Hiring: Business Analyst (AI-Assisted & Legacy Systems)
 
Looking for a Business Analyst who excels at bridging legacy tech with modern solutions. In this role, you will leverage AI tools to accelerate reverse-engineering, document requirements, and drive accessibility/testing across core applications.
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Primarily Remote with 1 mandatory on-site day per month on the 2nd Monday)
  • Location: Dauphin County, PA
  • Interview Process: Webcam or In-Person
Key Responsibilities & Essential Skills
 
  • Requirements & Reverse Engineering: Proven experience reverse-engineering legacy applications into clear user stories, process flows, data flow diagrams (DFDs), and edge cases.
  • AI-Accelerated Analysis: Ability to leverage AI tools for rapid drafting of requirements and test cases, along with the critical eye needed to validate AI outputs for accuracy.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Hands-on experience developing and executing functional, regression, security, and WCAG 2.2 accessibility test cases, plus defect tracking and remediation.
  • Traceability & Management: Skilled in creating end-to-end traceability matrices using Azure DevOps and managing project documentation in SharePoint & MS Office/Visio.
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of BA experience writing requirements and test cases (or a 4-year degree in a related field).
