Minimum Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience designing and implementing Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions, including SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint architecture, information architecture, site design, permissions, governance, document management, and OneDrive configuration.
* Strong experience with Microsoft 365 configuration, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online integration, security, permissions, and collaboration services.
* Experience developing Microsoft 365/SharePoint governance, security, access controls, data protection, retention, and permission models.
* Experience supporting file migration, testing, configuration, implementation, and transition to SharePoint/OneDrive.
* Experience with municipalities, government agencies, or public-sector organizations preferred, as municipal/public-sector experience carries specific evaluation weight.

Education and Certifications

Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Certification: Microsoft Certified: Administrator Expert (Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert) or relevant SharePoint/Microsoft 365 certification preferred.
