Field Service Engineer

Talentmark are recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join a growing diagnostics company on a permanent basis. Salary: Competitive Location: The ideal candidate for this role will be based within commuting distance of Whiteley, and will be happy to travel across the UK to client sites.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate who has a couple of years’ experience within the repair and servicing of machines, to have a positive impact on the growth of our client’s service department. Key duties will include:

Commissioning of instruments at customer sites and providing user training.<br />Document service activities, failures, and corrective actions with high accuracy.<br />Provide structured feedback to Engineering and Manufacturing on reliability, serviceability, and design improvements.<br />Plan travel and coordinate with customers independently.

Your Background: Degree in Engineering or equivalent apprenticeship/HNC.<br />Experience servicing equipment in the field and in a regulated environment.<br />Flexibility to travel and for overnight stays.<br />Full UK driving license.<br />Apply: It is essential that applicants hold entitlement to work in the UK.
