This role is crucial for transforming and enhancing efficiency across sales, quoting, contracting, order management, billing, and revenue recognition workflows. The Role • Define and execute the short to mid-term AI strategy for Lead to Cash processes. • Drive AI integration across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making. • Oversee the development of AI-powered tools for quoting, contracting, order management, billing, and collections. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI automation opportunities and develop solutions that accelerate revenue cycles. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI adoption and measure business value. • Foster relationships with AI vendors and technology partners. What You'll Need • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML products. • Proven experience piloting or implementing AI solutions and deploying tools that improve efficiency. • Deep understanding of Lead to Cash processes and AI/ML technologies (NLP, predictive analytics, generative AI). • Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms, cloud-based AI services, and CRM/CPQ/CLM systems. • Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies and responsible AI principles. • Strong communication skills to translate complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
