Deputy Manager

Seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with expertise in financial consolidation and Ind AS reporting. The role will be responsible for group financial consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, and accounting compliance. SAP Group Reporting experience preferred.

Key Responsibility:

• Prepare domestic and consolidated financial statements in accordance with Ind AS.
• Manage group-level financial reporting and consolidation, including intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, minority interest, goodwill, and capital reserves.
• Coordinate with subsidiaries for timely submission of financial data and reporting packages, including financial analysis, variance reports, and notes to accounts.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of consolidation adjustments and disclosures.
• Drive timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual group accounts.
• Manage and maintain the consolidation system, including SAP Group Reporting.
