The Role • Operate and manage production equipment for surface protection films to meet operational targets. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during production runs or setup processes. • Ensure adherence to high-quality standards through checklist inspections and corrective actions. • Accurately document material, quantity, and time bookings in SAP. • Assist maintenance personnel with repair and upkeep tasks. • Perform routine machine maintenance as per specifications. What You'll Need • Completed training in packaging technology, process mechanics, or a comparable qualification. • Experience in a similar role is desirable. • Proficiency in quality and hygiene standards. • Familiarity with SAP is a plus. • Strong German language communication skills. • Willingness to work in a 3-shift or optional 4-shift system.
