Position Summary
Join our 24/7 Network Security Operations Center (NSOC) team! In this Tier 1 role, you will perform real-time monitoring, triage security alerts, analyze potential threats, and escalate incidents to protect critical systems.
Key Skills & Requirements

24/7 Shift Readiness (Required) – Full availability for flexible rotational shifts (nights, weekends, and holidays).

Incident Triage & Monitoring – Hands-on experience classifying alerts, detecting false positives, and logging system events.

Analytical Problem-Solving – Ability to evaluate technical data and resolve issues in a high-stakes environment.

Documentation & Communication – Strong written/verbal skills to log events accurately and update team playbooks.

SOC Experience (Highly Desired) – 1–3 years of prior background in a Security Operations Center.
