Job Description

Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer (MongoDB & AI Copilot)

Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)

 

Required Skills:

·         8+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

·         Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and REST APIs.

·         Experience with frontend technologies such as React.js, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

·         Strong experience with MongoDB (data modeling, aggregation, indexing, performance tuning).

·         Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.

·         Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or other AI-assisted coding tools.

·         Experience with Microservices architecture and API development.

·         Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.

·         Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

·         Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
