We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst with strong expertise in Excel, advanced spreadsheet management, and hands‑on experience with VBA and Macros. The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years of banking industry experience, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering accurate, high‑quality analytical outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize complex Excel-based models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Automate recurring processes using VBA, Macros, and advanced Excel functions.
• Analyze large datasets, identify trends, and prepare actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Support banking operations, financial analysis, and regulatory or management reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver clear, concise analytical outputs.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal banking standards.
• Present findings and recommendations with strong clarity and professionalism.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in the banking or financial services domain.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, nested formulas, Power Query preferred).
• Strong experience with VBA and Macros for automation and process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage and interpret large datasets and complex spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related field (preferred).
