Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Project Delivery to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and offshore delivery teams. This role requires a professional who can engage with senior business leaders, drive requirements, manage project governance, facilitate stakeholder sign-offs, and ensure seamless execution of reporting and analytics initiatives. While a strong understanding of Power BI, Google Cloud Platform, and data analytics is preferred, the primary focus is on stakeholder management, business analysis, and project coordination rather than hands-on technical development.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and offshore technical teams.
• Gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements for reporting and analytics initiatives.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and obtain timely business approvals and sign-offs.
• Lead project planning, status reporting, risk tracking, and governance meetings.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders, including Managers, Directors, and VPs.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional deliverables for offshore teams.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve blockers, and keep projects on schedule.
• Support future enhancement initiatives and continuous improvement of reporting solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Delivery Management.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing reporting, analytics, or data transformation projects.
• Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive project outcomes.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Google Cloud Platform, or modern data platforms.
• Ability to bridge business objectives with technical execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise reporting, BI, or analytics projects.
• Background in Agile project delivery.
• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and reporting ecosystems.
• PMP, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
