Job Description - Full Stack Java Developer (Next.js & AWS)

Position: Full Stack Java Developer Experience: 8+ Years Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Java Developer with strong experience in enterprise integrations, modern frontend development using Next.js, and cloud-native application development on AWS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, APIs, and integration solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and Next.js.
• Build and enhance scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using Next.js, React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integration solutions with internal and external systems.
• Work on enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies to enable seamless system connectivity.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver technical solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js and React.js.
• Strong experience in API development and system integrations.
• Experience with integration technologies, messaging systems, and REST-based services.
• Good understanding of AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and IAM.
• Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, and application security best practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
