Functional Analyst (Taleo) | Remote/Washington, DC Hybrid with o with Security Clearance

Indotronix is seeking a Functional Analyst (Taleo) for our direct client with remote flexibility and onsite work in Washington, DC, one day per week for local candidates Position: Functional Analyst (Taleo) Location: Remote. Local staff report to the office in Washington, DC, one day a week. Duration: 5 Months USC Roles and Responsibilities: One of the primary responsibilities of the Technology Services (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team is to provide technical support to the various HCM application cloud system/s. We are seeking a technical or techno-functional resource to support Taleo Enterprise Edition (TEE) Integration and Report development utilizing the Taleo Connect Client (TCC) and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) applications in a Windows environment. TEE functional knowledge would be a plus. The Contractor will provide support to assist with Taleo decommissioning efforts. The contractor would develop reports, perform end-to-end testing for data extraction to ensure the completeness of the data. The Contractor would develop data models & mapping to support the creation of views for data visualization tools. The candidate shall also demonstrate the following knowledge and experience: • The ability to extract data from Taleo via the TCC tool for the purpose of system decommissioning. • Possess experience with developing reports and responding to ad hoc data requests. • Create detailed documentation of integration processes, data flows, and system configuration • Provide training sessions for relevant staff on the integrated systems • Data migration report confirming successful transfer of data • Other duties as assigned • Strong work ethic • Excellent communication and organizational skills The Contractor shall deliver, but not be limited to, the following: • Design, create and test a data extraction plan for decommissioning Taleo. • Design, create and test assigned Reports. • Document project deliverables such as requirements specifications, design and test results. • Prepare and deliver documents for peer review. • Monitor related issues during the various project phases and work with the team on the issue resolution. Personnel Qualifications • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related degree in the IT field or equivalent experience. • At least 10 years of experience in full SDLC for all task order applications and technologies. Capabilities: • Analyze user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements. • Performs functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships. • Identifies resources required for each task. • Provides daily supervision and direction to support staff.
