Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, governance, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, HRSD, and SecOps.
• Define platform architecture, best practices, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer.
• Drive platform upgrades, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a ServiceNow Architect.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Experience with multiple ServiceNow implementations and migrations.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with cloud, security, and compliance frameworks.

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow CSA
• CAD
• CIS
• CTA (Highly Preferred)
