The Role

• Oversee the operations and guest experience across three distinct, high-volume bar venues, including a flagship entertainment venue, a stylish cocktail lounge, and a central pavilion bar.
• Drive commercial success by maximizing stock yield, managing inventory, and implementing sales-driven strategies.
• Lead and develop a dynamic team of bar staff and supervisors, fostering a culture of exceptional service and operational excellence.
• Ensure the highest standards of service, product quality, and safety are consistently maintained, adhering to all licensing and operational regulations.
• Utilize performance data and guest feedback to inform decision-making and continuously improve the bar's offering and profitability.

What You'll Need

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume bar, pub, or nightclub environment.
• Strong understanding of cellar management, stock control, licensing laws, and responsible alcohol retailing.
• Demonstrable commercial acumen with a track record of improving financial performance and achieving stock yield targets.
• Experience in leading and coaching multiskilled teams within demanding operational settings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and effective during peak trading periods.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, influence, and adapt to changing business needs.
