Pay Range: $60 - $67.55/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and localize video content for retail screens, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and regional requirements.
• Regularly review and update video content across retail locations to maintain customer engagement.
• Coordinate with multiple external agencies for content development, revisions, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with creative, sales, and channel marketing teams to align visuals with business objectives.
• Support the development of retail product displays, shelf strips, and point-of-purchase materials.
• Conduct quality control checks on visual assets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Manage multiple projects, tracking timelines and ensuring on-time execution.
• Visit retail locations to assess displays and provide actionable feedback for improvements.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Experience in consumer electronics or home entertainment.
• Familiarity with adapting content for diverse retail markets.
• Strong agency management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in visual merchandising, video editing, retail marketing, or retail experience management.
• Proven experience managing external agencies and collaborating with creative teams.
• Strong understanding of retail environments and customer engagement strategies.
• Experience managing projects from planning through execution under tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
