Job Description

Huntington Hearing Solutions, a privately-owned Audiology practice in Pasadena, CA is seeking a patient care coordinator to join our team. We have been helping patients in our community since 2007 and we are passionate about providing both the best hearing healthcare technology available and the best patient experience possible.

We seek a growth minded customer service or administrative front office professional who is passionate about helping people and interested in developing a career in the field of Audiology.

The following DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES are central to the role:

  • Manage patients scheduling and confirming appointments

  • Insurance verifications & prior authorizations

  • Maintain patient records & manage patient charts

  • Extensive Customer Service utilizing email, phone calls, and in-person interactions

  • Other skills or specialties

To ensure success candidates should also possess the following EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients or customers

  • An ability to communicate verbally & in writing with utmost clarity

  • Proficiency with MS-Office & other medical practice software

  • High School Diploma

  • Business school or Associate degree preferred
