Job Description
- Join a growing Digital team and shape the online customer experience
- Work with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SEO, HTML & CSS in a collaborative environm

- At least 1 year's experience in an e-commerce, digital merchandising or website content role.
- Experience using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Business Manager) or a similar e-commerce platform.
- A basic understanding of HTML, CSS and SEO.
- Experience using Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Managing the online product catalogue, ensuring product descriptions, imagery and metadata are accurate and up to date.
- Merchandising category pages to improve customer experience, navigation and conversion.
- Creating and scheduling promotional banners, landing pages and seasonal campaigns.
- Supporting new product launches and website content updates.
- Monitoring product performance and making merchandising recommendations based on customer behaviour and analytics.
- Performing quality assurance checks to ensure content displays correctly across desktop and mobile devices.
- Making basic HTML and CSS edits to improve page presentation and resolve minor content issues.
- Applying SEO best practices, including metadata, keywords and page optimisation.
- Using analytics tools to monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Keeping up to date with e-commerce trends and competitor activity to help drive continuous improvement.
- Salary: £36,000 per annum
- 5% Annual Performance Bonus based on agreed company objectives
- 6-12 month fixed-term contract with the opportunity to become permanent
- 25 days' annual leave (pro rata)
- Hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 from home
- 4% employer pension contribution (matched by 4% employee contribution)
- Life Assurance - 3 x annual salary

- Start Date: ASAP
- Probation: 6 months
- Applicants must have British citizenship or settled status (no sponsorship available).
