Senior Building Services Manager - Sydney CBD Projects

Hickory is seeking a Services Manager to join our Sydney team, overseeing the seamless integration of building services across the project lifecycle. The role covers pre-planning through commissioning and handover on landmark Sydney CBD projects valued between $100M and $250M.

You will lead a services team, coordinate with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, and controls disciplines, and manage supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery in line with the construction program.
