The Role • Prepare insurance quotes for customers, advising them on coverage options. • Convert quotes into new policies, driving sales growth. • Build rapport with customers using strong communication and persuasion skills. • Conduct sales activities without making cold calls, focusing on inbound leads. • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. What You'll Need • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. • 2 years of prior sales, professional office, or call center experience OR an Associate's degree or higher. • Solid computer and multi-tasking skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. • High school diploma or equivalent.
