Multiskilled Engineer<br />Location: Euston, London<br />Salary: Up to £48,000<br />Contract: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract<br />Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off | Days | 7:00am – 7:00pm<br />The Opportunity<br />We are looking for two experienced Multiskilled Engineers to join a prestigious commercial site in Euston. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established engineering team in a unique environment, combining modern office space with an adjoining museum and gallery.<br />You'll be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, fault finding, and general building services maintenance while providing a first-class service to the client.<br />Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) in line with schedules.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests and resolve faults efficiently.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical building services faults.
• Maintain HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs and other building services equipment.
• Complete maintenance records and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Liaise with the client and contractors to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Support the wider engineering team when required.<br />About You
• City &amp; Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience within commercial building maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of both planned and reactive maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.<br />What's on Offer
