Job Description

Creed Medical Group Inc is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will work directly with individuals diagnosed with behavioral challenges, implementing behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based ABA therapy, monitoring progress, and assisting in data collection. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and their families by fostering positive behavior change and skill development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under the supervision of BCBAs.
  • Collect and record data accurately to track client progress.
  • Assist clients with skill acquisition, communication, and behavior reduction techniques.
  • Communicate regularly with supervisors, caregivers, and team members.
  • Maintain ethical standards and follow organizational policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in psychology or related fields is a plus.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or behavioral challenges preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
  • Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and professional ethics.
