About the Role

Join a small, fast-moving operations team at an early-stage AI company serving the freight and logistics sector. This high-ownership internship spans internal systems, recruiting, funding research, and go-to-market support, helping the company grow and bring AI tools to customers.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage internal systems, including the company website and operational tools.

  • Coordinate recruiting efforts, source candidates, and support onboarding for new team members.

  • Support go-to-market initiatives and help introduce AI agent solutions to customers.

  • Identify, research, and pursue grants and other non-dilutive funding opportunities.

  • Take on varied strategic and hands-on projects that help move the business forward.

What We're Looking For

  • Prior internship experience and a background in generalist roles at an early-stage startup or another high-ownership environment; this is an internship role.

  • A technical background or demonstrated understanding of AI, software systems, and how technology is built.

  • Experience building or managing websites, internal systems, or operational tooling.

  • Experience supporting recruiting, candidate sourcing, or talent acquisition workflows.

  • Experience researching funding opportunities, supporting go-to-market work, customer acquisition, or sales enablement.

  • Strong written and verbal fluency in German and English, with local work authorization.

  • Interest in startups and AI, clear communication, a bias toward action, and comfort switching between strategy and detailed execution.

  • Experience in freight, logistics, AI agents, machine learning, APIs, or system integrations is useful but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

€2,400 per month, equivalent to €28,800 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

On-site in Berlin, Germany. The internship is expected to start in Q4 2026.
