Business Analyst / Data Analyst - Onsite

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Analyst who can also work as a Data Analyst. This role involves understanding business requirements, analyzing data, and providing insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Create reports and dashboards to support business decisions
• Work closely with business and technical teams to deliver solutions
• Translate business needs into data-driven recommendations
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Business Analysis and Data Analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Good understanding of data handling and visualization
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Python or any scripting language
• Knowledge of databases and data modeling
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is a plus
