We are delighted to be partnering with an innovative international engineering business to recruit a technical support engineer as part of its expanding UK support operation.

Our client is experiencing significant growth and investing heavily in building a first-class technical support team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced electro-mechanical engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting customers, and keeping equipment running without the need for unnecessary site visits.

In this role, you’ll act as the first point of technical contact for customers and field engineers, using your expertise to diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software issues remotely.

Providing clear, step-by-step guidance, you will help resolve faults quickly and effectively, maximizing first-time fixes and minimizing downtime.

Key responsibilities include providing first and second-line technical support, diagnosing faults, guiding field engineers through repairs, supporting equipment commissioning and configuration, maintaining accurate service records, and escalating complex issues when required. About you: You’ll have a strong electro-mechanical background, solid fault-finding skills, good IT literacy, and the ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
