Tax Manager

The Role:

We’re seeking a Mixed Tax Manager to take ownership of a portfolio comprising both corporate and personal tax clients (with a leaning toward personal tax). Key responsibilities include:

• Managing compliance and timely submissions across the portfolio.
• Delivering clear, strategic tax planning and advisory services.
• Reviewing tax computations prepared by junior staff.
• Acting as the main point of contact for client queries.
• Monitoring legislative changes and advising clients accordingly.
• Overseeing the preparation and review of annual tax returns.
• Mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Collaborating with other departments to deliver a full-service client offering.

Candidate Profile:

• The ideal candidate will have:
• A professional qualification (ATT or CTA preferred).
• Strong knowledge across both personal and corporate tax.
• Experience managing client portfolios in a professional services setting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office tools.
• A proactive approach to continuous technical development.
