LEAP, a leading Legal Practice Management provider, is hiring a Level 1 Support Analyst - Accounting in Sydney. You'll be the first friendly voice for Practice Evolve clients, resolving trust accounting and end of month issues while delivering excellent service.

You'll diagnose accounting software problems, guide users on workflows, and collaborate with Support, Development and Product teams to improve the product and process.
