Duration: Long-Term Contract
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quality Management (QM) Test Analyst to support the Connecticut Child Support Modernization initiative. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Child Support Modernization projects and possess strong knowledge of Child Support business processes, case management, and testing methodologies.
The successful candidate will work closely with business users, project stakeholders, developers, and vendors to ensure the delivered solution meets business, operational, and federal requirements through comprehensive testing and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Child Support Modernization applications.
- Develop detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements.
- Perform functional, end-to-end, regression, and validation testing.
- Document test results and create clear, reproducible defect reports.
- Participate in defect triage meetings and validate defect fixes.
- Verify system functionality against Child Support business processes, policies, and federal requirements.
- Identify business process gaps, inconsistencies, and system issues.
- Support UAT planning, test execution, status reporting, and production readiness.
- Collaborate with business users, vendors, developers, and project teams throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Support implementation, production validation, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Maintain complete and accurate testing documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for a Child Support Modernization implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Child Support business processes, policies, case management operations, and workflows.
- Experience creating and executing detailed test cases and validating business functionality.
- Strong experience with functional, regression, end-to-end, and UAT testing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and defect analysis skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, vendors, and project leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with Child Support program staff and business SMEs.
- Knowledge of federal OCSE requirements and reporting.
- Experience with Jira, Xray, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar test management tools.
- Experience supporting large-scale government system implementations.
- Experience with requirements traceability, test metrics, and Quality Management best practices.
- Experience with the ProTech Child Support system is a plus.

Note: Local Connecticut candidates are preferred, as this is a hybrid position.
