Location: Webster, MA (3 Days onsite in a week)

Summary:

Responsible for designing and supporting the implementation of technical solutions that align with business needs and organizational goals. Translate business requirements into technical designs, ensuring the solution is scalable, secure, and reliable. This includes analyzing business needs, evaluating potential solutions, and selecting the appropriate technology stack within the ecosystem.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Years of experience in relevant programming languages, software development principles, and a proven track record of leading large-scale architectural initiatives.

• Experience in building and leading high-performing architect teams is preferred.
  Experience with Guidewire Platforms - Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter

• Makes independent decisions on complex architectural challenges, solution design, and long-term technical vision within their area of expertise.

• Significantly influences strategic architectural decisions for the organization.

• Escalates major strategic decisions or significant technical challenges to senior leadership.
