We are looking for AI Developer for our client in Charlotte, NC

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $55.00hr - $60.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 3 6+ years in AI/ML or Intelligent Automation.
  • Handson experience with Document AI / IDP platforms (OCR, PDF parsing) based extraction.
  • Experience with confidence scoring, rule-based validation, semantic or fuzzy comparison, and API integration.
  • Strong skills in Python (Langchain, Pydantic, Langgraph).
  • Experience with REST APIs and microservices.
  • Proficiency in JSON/XML schema mapping and Kafka.
  • Experience with confidence scoring and validation logic.
  • Familiarity with workflow platforms.
  • Understanding of PII handling, model explainability, and audit controls.
Responsibilities:
  • Build document ingestion and classification pipelines for Authorization Certificates and nonstandard documents.
  • Implement document scraping and templatebased extraction for structured forms.
  • Develop AI/LLMbased extraction for unstructured and semistructured documents.
  • Generate fieldlevel and recordlevel confidence scores.
  • Implement AI comparison logic for extracted data versus source documents.
  • Perform postload verification between Contact Master and source documents.
Nice to Have:
  • Financial services or regulated industry experience.
  • BOT integration for downstream systems.
  • Experience with Alfresco or ServiceView.
