Job Description

A progressive and people-focused principal contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver a major faade remediation project in Leeds. Project Manager - Facades Job Overview
* Delivering a major faade remediation project in Leeds from pre-construction through to completion.
* Managing project programmes, budgets, commercial performance, and resources.
* Coordinating clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Ensuring the highest standards of health & safety, quality, and compliance throughout delivery.

Project Manager - Facades Job Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience managing faade, cladding, or fire remediation projects at Project Manager level.
* Strong project management skills with experience using Microsoft Project.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Good technical understanding of faade systems, construction processes, and health & safety legislation.
* Able to commute to the Leeds project on a daily basis.
* Willingness to travel when required.
