Organizational Change Management (OCM) - Atlanta, GA - $60/hr w2 (No CTC)

• 5+ years of Organizational Change Management experience in enterprise environments.

• Experience supporting large-scale technology implementations and business transformation initiatives.

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across leadership, business teams, and vendors.

• Experience creating communication plans, readiness assessments, and adoption strategies.

• Ability to identify change impacts and mitigate organizational adoption risks.

• Experience supporting HR, Procurement, Workforce Management, or VMS implementations.

• Knowledge of contractor lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and governance.

• Prosci certification preferred with strong consulting, facilitation, and presentation skills.
