Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10+ years of experience.
• Strong Healthcare Payer experience with deep understanding of:
  • Claims Processing & Adjudication
  • Eligibility & Enrollment
  • Benefits Administration
  • UM & CM
  • Provider and Member Services
• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Lead Business Analyst.
• Experience defining requirements for IVR, Conversational AI, Voice Bots, or Contact Center automation.
• Strong Agile, requirements management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex healthcare processes into automated conversational workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
