Job Description

Position Overview:

  • We are seeking a Salesforce / Seismic Administrator Data Analyst to partner with business and technology teams to design, support, and improve Salesforce CRM solutions.
  • This role combines Salesforce administration, data analysis, data quality, and production support.
  • The ideal candidate will be comfortable gathering business requirements, translating them into scalable solutions, maintaining Salesforce data integrity, and using data-driven analysis to identify and resolve business and system issues.
  • The position will also support large-scale data hygiene initiatives, governance standards, duplicate prevention, validation rules, and ongoing improvements to Salesforce data quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and optimize Salesforce CRM using declarative tools.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Support large-scale Salesforce data hygiene and data quality initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain governance standards, validation rules, and duplicate prevention processes.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, inconsistencies, and data-quality issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend data-driven process improvements.
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues.
  • Work with business and technology teams in an Agile environment.
  • Maintain technical and process documentation.
  • Work with relational databases, data models, ETL processes, and enterprise data environments.
  • Use Salesforce tools such as SOQL and Data Loader as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of systems analysis experience.
  • 2+ years of application or production support experience.
  • Hands-on Salesforce administration experience using declarative tools.
  • Strong knowledge of the Seismic platform.
  • Significant experience contributing to large-scale Salesforce data hygiene initiatives.
  • Strong data analytics experience working with large datasets.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
  • Experience with SQL and Excel.
  • Understanding of ETL processes and enterprise data ecosystems.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
  • Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
