Data Scientist

Introduction:

This position is for a Data Scientist with at least 9 years of experience who will be responsible for leveraging their expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Customer Analysis, Databricks, Machine Learning (ML), Microsoft Azure, Python, SQL, and Statistical Models to drive data-driven decisions and strategies within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in causal inference, econometrics, experimentation, and treatment effect analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Python and SQL to analyze large datasets and extract valuable insights
• Develop and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics and personalization
• Conduct customer analysis to understand behavior and preferences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments
• Build scalable AI/ML solutions to measure business impact
• Create and maintain statistical models to support decision-making processes

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Python and SQL for data analysis and manipulation
• Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and statistical modeling
• Experience with customer analysis and personalization strategies

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Azure and Databricks for data processing and analysis
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence techniques and applications
