EDIFECS Developer

Position: EDIFECS Developer
Experience: 10 Years

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with the EDIFECS platform
Strong knowledge of Healthcare EDI and HIPAA X12 transactions (837, 835, 270/271, 276/277, 278, 834)
Experience with SpecBuilder, XEngine/Transaction Management, MapBuilder, and Trading Partner Management
Experience in EDI mapping, validation, and transaction processing
Knowledge of Smart Trading and Smart Engine
Strong understanding of healthcare payer/provider workflows
SQL and Unix/Linux knowledge
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and support healthcare EDI solutions using the EDIFECS platform.
Configure and maintain EDI transaction sets and trading partner integrations.
Develop and maintain EDI maps, validation rules, and workflows.
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with business analysts, integration teams, and trading partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare EDI standards.
