Business Analyst-Insurance Domain, Onsite - 69582

We have an immediate need for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Insurance domain, Business Process Modeling, Requirements Management, and Platform Administration to analyze business needs, define system requirements, and support enterprise business process and workflow solutions.

This is an onsite position based in Cedar Rapids, IA for a candidate with deep experience in Business Analysis, Insurance Domain, Business Process Modeling (BPM), Requirements Gathering, Functional & Technical Requirements Documentation, System Analysis, Gap Analysis, Business Case Development, Process Improvement, Platform Administration, Agile Methodology, JIRA, ServiceNow, Chorus AWD (BPM & Status-Driven Workflow), Crystal Reports, Oracle, DB2, SQL, Data Schema Concepts, JavaScript, Web Services, Reporting, Test Planning, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Stakeholder Management, Vendor Coordination, SDLC, and Cross-Functional Collaboration. Experience with enterprise workflow platforms, insurance business processes, and reporting against Oracle and DB2 databases using SQL tools is highly preferred.
