Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Domain Operator with a strong Life Sciences background to help build and grow a new Life Sciences business segment.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, MedTech, or CRO industry and a strong understanding of the operational challenges across payers, providers, patients, and Life Sciences organizations.
This role will work closely with product, engineering, clinical, commercial, and cloud partner teams to identify high-value use cases, validate market opportunities, engage customers, and help shape the commercial strategy for the Life Sciences segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and validate key Life Sciences use cases and market opportunities.
- Work with commercial and product teams to identify customer needs and develop go-to-market strategies.
- Engage with stakeholders across market access, patient services, medical affairs, commercial operations, and clinical operations.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to translate business requirements into effective technology and AI solutions.
- Support the identification and qualification of new client opportunities and help develop the Life Sciences market strategy.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and industry stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in Pharma, Biotech, MedTech, or a CRO.
- Experience in areas such as market access, reimbursement, HEOR, patient services, hub operations, medical affairs, commercial operations, or clinical operations.
- Strong understanding of coverage and reimbursement pathways, prior authorization, benefits verification, copay assistance, patient assistance programs, and field reimbursement.
- Experience working in regulated Life Sciences environments and familiarity with medical, legal, and regulatory review processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguous or evolving business opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
- PharmD, RN, or a scientific/clinical background.
- Experience supporting specialty products with complex coverage or prior authorization requirements.
- Experience with AI, AI governance, or digital transformation initiatives in Life Sciences.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms or cloud marketplace models is a plus.
