Sales Operations Executive
Location: Ascot (Office-Based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm
Our client, a growing and well-established organisation within the technology sector, is seeking a proactive and organised Sales Operations Executive to support its Sales & Marketing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in sales support, sales administration, or sales operations who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including managing enquiries and shared inboxes.
Prepare quotations, proposals, pricing requests, and tender documentation.
Support order processing and liaise with internal departments to resolve issues.
Maintain pricing information, sales records, and CRM data.
Act as a key CRM user, supporting reporting, data accuracy, user queries, and system improvements.
Produce sales reports, forecasts, and management information.
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and team activities.
Support onboarding, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure customer and company data is managed in line with GDPR requirements.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer data.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Professional, customer-focused, and team-oriented approach.
Desirable
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Experience within a sales and marketing environment.
Experience preparing quotations or tender documentation.
