Sr Business Development Manager

Pilot Flying J seeks a Sr Business Development Manager to drive growth across our transportation and warehousing network. In this fast-paced, people-first environment, you'll identify and close strategic fuel, logistics, and fleet partnerships, expand wallet share with national accounts, and lead cross-functional deal execution. Responsibilities include building a robust pipeline, negotiating complex contracts, analyzing market and pricing trends, and collaborating with operations, finance, and marketing to launch solutions that improve safety, service, and profitability across our travel center and energy businesses.
