Business Development Executive - IT

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 3+ years of experience in IT Sales and SaaS product sales to join our growing team.

Role Description:

• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Promote and sell IT services and SaaS solutions to potential clients
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
• Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT Sales and SaaS Product Sales
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into business
• Experience in CRM tools and sales reporting
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
