Senior Informatica Engineer Lead (IDMC, MDM, Data Quality)

Job Description:

Role Summary:

• Responsible for designing, developing, operating, and supporting enterprise data integration and master data solutions using Informatica IDMC, MDM, and IDQ.
• Owns ETL pipelines, job scheduling, CI/CD deployments, and BAU support.

Core Responsibilities

Informatica IDMC / ETL:

• Design, build, and support IDMC-based data integration pipelines, including mappings, taskflows, and synchronization jobs.
• Manage on-premises to cloud and cloud-to-cloud integrations using IDMC Secure Agent.
• Perform performance tuning, debugging, and operational troubleshooting of ETL workflows.

Master Data Management (MDM):

• Hands-on development and support of Informatica MDM workflows, batch jobs, and hub processes.
• Execute data loads into MDM landing tables and manage batch group processing.

Data Quality (IDQ):

• Implement and maintain Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) rules and validations.
• Ensure data completeness, consistency, and integrity across systems.

Scheduling & Automation:

• Create and maintain Autosys JILs and templates for ETL and replication jobs.
• Monitor scheduled jobs and resolve failures proactively.

SQL, Shell & CI/CD:

• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries across Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Redshift.
• Build Unix/Linux shell scripts for automation and operational support.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Git, Bitbucket, and Jenkins for UAT and PROD deployments.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Advanced hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC.
• Strong proficiency in Informatica MDM and Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
• Strong ETL fundamentals and data pipeline design expertise.
• Solid SQL and Unix/Linux Shell scripting skills.
• Experience with Autosys scheduling and CI/CD tools (Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins).
