Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our Hardware and System Integration business.
The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through solutions involving hardware, IT infrastructure, system integration, automation, and technology services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in hardware, system integration, and technology solutions
- Build and manage relationships with corporate, industrial, and enterprise clients
- Understand customer requirements and propose customized hardware and system integration solutions
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and technical-commercial offers
- Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to design competitive solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Track market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives
- Participate in tenders, RFPs, and contract negotiations
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Masters in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in business development or sales in hardware, IT, or system integration
- Strong understanding of hardware solutions, IT infrastructure, networking, or automation systems
- Proven ability to generate leads and close B2B deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work closely with technical teams and translate business needs into solutions
